Is there a minimum time we would need to lease a unit?  No, we will lease for as little as 30 days.

Do you have smaller units than 10x10 to rent?   No, at this time our smallest units are 10x10.

Do I provide my own lock?  Yes.

Are there lights in the units?  Only in the climate controlled units.  There are exterior security lights on the property.

Can I get into the climate controlled building 24/7?   Yes.

Can I rent any size at any time?  No, some sizes may not be available, so don't delay if you know you will need a certain size.

Are my contents insured?  No, we do not carry insurance on the contents of your unit.  Check with your homeowners insurance to assure that you have coverage.  We only insure the building.

How do you accommodate boats and motor homes? The boat or motor home is assigned a parking space on the floor of the secured, controlled access warehouse. The North warehouse has an 11' 10" high door and the South warehouse has a 13' 10" high door that should accommodate most motor homes or travel trailers.
